Super vélo au look atypique !
Super Bike , I love it and my son to.
I was very happy about my choice and it is not a bike but an electric motor bike
I purchased the CT20 early this year and have rode it 3700km so far. I immediately fell in love with it. It's sturdy. It's fast. I love the storage it offers. It's just a beautiful bike. My city has a deep river valley and it conquers every hill without any sign of struggle. This bike takes me on journeys through my city and the countryside of 90km with the speed setting at 4 (not that I'm always biking fast) and the throttle being used heavily. It switches between trails and streets with ease. It's got enough power that I feel confident on the roads when I need a quick burst of speed. The throttle is amazing too. I love my CT20. The only annoying thing about the bike is that the chain comes off sometimes on a very bumpy trail - the bike is best on roads or gravel, as they advertise - just don't treat it like a mountain bike, and all your rides will be beautiful! I can't take it out without someone telling me how cool it is and where did I get it from. Honestly, this bike has given me my best summer ever and I'm exploring my city and surroundings like I never thought possible.
Aloha, purchased the CT20 mainly because it has the ability for a sidecar for my dog. However, as a motorcycle rider, I loved the look. (For marketing department, I first saw the bike on an instagram reel about people traveling the country).
THE DELIVERY: The box came severely damaged with some damage to the bike. Emerald, who is probably not the guy to speak too (he emailed me about shipping/credit card info), took my email like a pro and started giving me solutions. I am waiting for my claim with FEDEX to process because it was not Coswheel's fault the bike was damaged. Coswheel offered to help fix/compensate for the damage. So, customer service is 5/5 so far.
THE BIKE: I have put 50 miles on it so far and am in LOVE. It does not feel like 88lbs while riding. It is an absolute joy to ride. Some VERY minor improvements I would suggest. 1. putting the computer on the high rise of the handle bars so it is more vertical and not blinded by the sun. 2. Seat could use a little more padding. 3. 1 key for battery and ignition. Having 2 keys is a nuisance. That said these are super minor and I cannot wait for the side car to go holoholo with my dog. So, someone please give Emerald some kudos for going above and beyond for me.
