I took my CT20s out camping in the middle of the woods, had a blast riding on the trails! It climbed up pretty steep dirt trails and handled the bumps well. I got it up to 39mph before letting off and it wanted to keep going. I’ve also taken it on paved roads which it felt perfect for. It’s a great in between e-bike for on or off roading. I think this is the best e-bike at this price point, definitely recommend.
I purchased the CT20S 7 months ago. I've been rinding it daily since and I can how good it is now.
First Its aesthetic is amazing. It's also a great virgin page that you can custom at your own taste.
Then, its power is amazing. You can ride it so easily. Using it with the pedals is very enjoyable. Then when you use it in cruise mode you will litteraly fly with it. Simply AMAZING bike. The front and rear suspension are also a great and convenient feature. Makes you rides so smoooth.
Regarding the customer service, here again it's perfect. You can chat with them via Whatsapp and it's so convenient. Everytime I ask a question or need something, I get a reply in the same day, most of the time in the same hour.
Finally, I would like to say a huge thanks to Emerald who has been following my bike since the first day I ordered and every time I had a questions. Most of all, for any issue or questions, Emerald is providing me the best solution and he's always very kind and respectful. Nowadays it's very appreciated.

I got the ct20s bike about a month ago. This is not the first ebike I have used but it is my favorite. It's fast, has more power than the others I've tried. It also does quite well off-road.
I've been using it quite a bit, I can see a lot more nature than on my atv because it's quiet and the animals don't hear me coming.
Just received my CT20S! Bike was easy to assemble and they provided the tools I needed. The bike handles well and has excellent range for a single charge. Looking forward to using this summer!
