This bike is all good for city rides and trails rides. Team is quite supportive i got an issue and they help throughout.
Great bike for the price. Time will tell but for an entry level bike the T20. Arrived intact, assembled easily . BE CAREFUL AT FIRST! Has a lot more pep than my legs! Had some questions and support was superb. Would buy again.

Where is the overseas warehouse?
COSWHEEL Bikes currently have 4 overseas warehouses, respectively in the United States, France, Poland and the United Kingdom. Customers in the United States, the European, and the United Kingdom place orders and they will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are and the model you buy. Customers in the United States, the European and the United Kingdom who purchase electric bicycles from overseas warehouses will be delivered in 7-10 working days. Orders from customers in other regions are shipped from China warehouses. Please refer to the shipping policy for transportation time.
Can I cancel my order or return ebike?
